1st and last months rent in advance, additional  security deposit of value of 1 months rent.

Security deposit is returned after all outstanding utilities are paid, and any damages accounted for and charged

All utilities will be changed to the clients details, unless rental is less than 6 months

​

All breakages to be paid for, except normal wear and tear.

Pets permitted, please enquire, pet cleaning fee applies , payable in resort.

All damages by pet will be paid for by the owner.
