Notes on Annual rentals:

- All properties have unlimited wi-fi or fibre optic , included in the rental, unless stated

- All annual rentals include two weekly cleaning service , specific to the size of the property.

Additional cleaning can be arranged , at clients cost

- Utilities are on top of the rental rate, and is metered

- Properties with private water(borehole) supply offers free water in the rental

- Most properties included Garden & Pool service, unless otherwise stated

- All properties are registered for online shopping from Continent & Intermache, this service is

available to the clients and encouraged during the pandemic

- All properties are on EDP bi-horario, which is the lower priced electric on certain times of the day,

this is a great tool for annual rentals to help control costs
