1st and last months rent in advance, additional  security deposit of value of 1 months rent.

Security deposit is returned after all outstanding utilities are paid, and any damages accounted for and charged

All utilities will be changed to the clients details, unless rental is less than 6 months

Holiday Rentals, May to October  : €3750 per week 

​

All breakages to be paid for, except normal wear and tear.

Pets are permitted, and will incur additional steamcleaning charge,

all damages , and breakages by the pet will be paid for by the lead renter, like for like basis
